Asiapack factory is located in China, how can my Chinese suppliers enjoy export benefits? |

Asiapack is located in an Export Processing Zone , this is a Custom bonded area. By delivering to that place, Chinese suppliers perform their own custom clearance for export. Their goods are considered as exported as soon as reaching our factory. |

Will my supplier only enjoy Tax Refund when Asiapack re-export the goods? |
| A. |
No, the reference date for them to get the tax refund is based on their delivery date to Asiapack, irrelevant of how many weeks or months we keep it there prior to final export. Goods are virtually considered out of China. |

Does Asiapack need to apply for license for new categories of products? |
| A. |
No, Asiapack can pack any goods, no need to apply for license, only need to register the products in Customs Books once if no similar products have been previously packed. This process only takes 1 week. |

Can we get the goods delivered back onto the China Market? |
| A. |
No, as your suppliers have enjoyed tax refund for the goods, we cannot re-enter the China Market. However, delivering to Hong Kong is possible, and from HK, you can get the goods back to China. |

Yes, this is one of the big advantages of Asiapack. You can create attractive sets of products by assembling goods from different origins. |

Do you have a graphic designer? |

Yes, Asiapack Factory has a in-house graphic design department. This helps us to receive your artwork, check the compatibility with local printers, modify the artwork when necessary, re-send artworks for final approval …etc
Our graphic designer can even duplicate some existing printed materials when you are creating a new reference within your range of products. |

No need, Asiapack can handle all steps, just provide artworks, we will handle the rest. |

Do you perform the blister Thermo-forming in house? |

Yes, all blister packs used in our factory are manufactured by us. |

Yes, thanks to our in-house molding department, we can easily create most fitted blister samples within one week after receiving your product samples. |

This certification means that our processes are carefully controlled and monitored. The new ISO standard is focusing on continuous improvements. Our Quality Management System helps us to monitor the quality of our service with some tracking records, production analysis …etc |

Are you SA8000 compliant? |
| A. |
SA 8000 stands for Social Accountability.
This is something very important in Asiapack, we are totally compliant with this.
We have no workers less than 18 years of age; we follow all the regulations and laws. Our customers can come at any time for SA8000 audits, which were always found satisfactory. |

Who is the owner of the goods, while being kept in Asiapack? Is there any insurance? |

The goods are still belonging to you. We call this “Goods Held in trust”. We subscribe to insurance policies to cover all risks related to those goods. |

Who is placing orders to the suppliers, Asiapack or ourselves? |
| A. |
You keep all authority in terms of relations with your own suppliers. You are the one to place order, to agree on the price and payments terms …etc
- You will settle your supplier’s invoices directly.
- Asiapack will only charge you for the assembling and Packaging cost |

Can we keep using our own freight forwarder? |

Of course! We are used to work with all freight forwarder appointed by our customers. Your forwarder can come and collect the full containers from our factory. |

Yes, you can keep un-necessary quantities in stock and pack it later on.
This helps you to keep a buffer stock of bulk products and pack it under different brands or sets configurations. |
